Campers at Camp Kochavim at HGSS, enjoyed two action-packed weeks of fun and adventure!
Highlights included animals in our petting zoo, outings to Chessington, Woburn Safari park and Mini Golf as well as fantastic children's entertainers, a drumming workshop, water inflatables, baking, crafts, sports and lots more!
Throughout camp children enjoyed our J-TOD (Jewish Thought Of the Day) programme, in which our campers learnt about Jewish values and prepared for Shabbat by baking challah.
Camp Kochavim Rosh, Ben Shemtob who was a Kochavim camper himself over a decade ago has always wanted to lead camp. He said "we had a jam-packed schedule with many new and exciting activities, including African drumming, top-tier talent shows and a exciting trips. Our madrichim, many of who were Kochavim campers themselves, were amazing and the children had the best time. It goes to show there's simply no other day camp like Camp Kochavim!"
Harriet, camper's mother says "My daughter had a fantastic time at camp! Thank you so much! She loved every minute of it and came home singing the songs and eager to tell us all about her day! Your madrichim are all fantastic and her ultimate aspiration is to be one of them one day. Can’t wait for next year!"
