Rayder is a dynamic, friendly and exciting Sunday morning Cheder, which around 150 children Years 1 -6. We are keen for children to enjoy discovering Judaism by learning about it in a fun way.
Due to the departure of our head after 3 successful years, we are now seeking an exceptional candidate who can take up the reins from August and work with our teachers, assistants, leadership committee and Rabbi to take us forward. The role involves day-to-day management of Rayder on Sunday mornings, overseeing teaching and activities as well as teacher recruitment, curriculum development, discipline, parent liaison and visible and open leadership. This is a challenging and rewarding role with huge potential to achieve tangible results and career development.
Energy, drive, creativity and resourcefulness are key attributes, as are enthusiasm, an open-minded approach and a warm, caring manner.
