Tribe Madrichim are the heart of everything we do. Their energy, creativity, and dedication make it possible for Tribe to offer unforgettable programmes across the UK, Europe, and Israel – from day trips and Shabbatonim to residential camps and Israel Tour.
But it’s not all work – there’s a lot of fun too. As a Madrich/a, you’ll join a passionate and like-minded team, make lifelong friendships, and design engaging programmes that inspire and entertain our participants.
Through these incredible experiences, you’ll build essential skills in leadership, teamwork, and creative problem-solving whilst having fun along the way!

Tribe Summer Camp in 2025 had over 400 participants on programmes spanning the globe in the UK, Europe, Israel and New York. It wouldn’t have been possible to run these amazing programmes without our Tribe leaders!
Our summer programmes include a pre-camp prep week; learning how to plan and run top-quality activities and programmes, and a residential Shabbat where we come together to build connections with fellow leaders and relax before ten days of fun start.
During the summer leaders get the opportunity to take part in fun outings and trips alongside the participants on their camp which are built in around the jam packed schedule of programmes and activities designed by our amazing leaders and staff.

Tribe Shabbatonim are run in partnership with Jewish primary schools – for year 5 pupils.
We work closely with the school to design a unique bespoke programme built around each schools requirements. We deliver high quality programming, activities and fun and engaging games.
